    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, thank you so much. This is such a critical issue. I am glad that the Chairman is also a doctor of medicine like me, although he is my junior. Given that the Government has given a ceiling of six months, I would like the assurance from the Chairman of the Committee that the same Government, if they find that within six months, various counties or all the counties are not able to meet this particular requirement, they would give an extension. Otherwise, we run a real risk of all doctors and all nurses preferring to work in counties like Nairobi, Nakuru, Mombasa, Kakamega and Kiambu and the other far-flung counties would run into real problems. I thank the Chair and I would like that reassurance."
