The reason I have given the window that you may raise it during Second Reading is because the resolution of the House is the one that carries the day. So, should you raise and the House resolves in a particular--- Hon. Wandayi, when the Bill is now formally before the House during the Second Reading, you will be at liberty to raise whatever issue you want to raise. I have not shut all the windows for that. Hon.
