    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, Sir. I listened to the Chairman give his response and I agree that he is really trying his best with regard to insecurity in our country. However, he needs to be told that strikes by the disciplined forces are constitutional. Article 41(d) is very clear that every worker has a right to strike. I would like to know whether there is another provision within the Constitution that outlaws or makes it unconstitutional."
