Kamama, on what he is talking about I also want to put emphasis on the serious requirement for this Information and Communications Technology (ICT) surveillance in this country. When I was the Permanent Secretary (PS) in 2004/2005, my Minister and I came up with a paper that was introduced in Parliament to make sure that all strategic places have Closed Circuit Televisions (CCTVs). To date, it has not happened."
