Members to the Pan-African Parliament. The National Assembly is responsible for Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA); the Senate is responsible for the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), that is where the Secretariat is; and again the National Assembly is responsible for the ACP-EU; for the convenience of both Houses. They are your brothers; they may be older than you, hon. Kaluma, but they are nevertheless your brothers. We need to operate that way, for the convenience of the two Houses."
