"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also want to take this opportunity to condemn those who are engaged in the misappropriation of funds meant for free primary education and free secondary education. It is very unfortunate that in a serious matter like this one, we still have the people who have been running this Ministry still in power. These people should have resigned long time ago. The Minister and his Assistant Ministers, including my friend, Prof. Olweny, should have gone or left the offices to show the seriousness of this matter. Our kids have been made to lose out on education just because of their inept behaviour and their failure to be very responsible in their Ministries.
