    "content": "It is common knowledge that every pupil in a school is supposed to get about Kshs1, 300, but if you go to the schools, you will find that in a population of 1,000 pupils where you expect Kshs1 million plus to have been deposited to school accounts, you will find the headmaster telling you: “In account one, we have just been given Kshs200, 000; account 2 - Kshs7, 000.” However, if you try to match it with the population of the students, it does not add up. So, this money is being squandered and this is not the first time this issue is being raised. This is something that has been happening. It is unfortunate that one hon. Member said somewhere when we were in a meeting in Mombasa over the weekend that this country is being led by the grace of God."
