    "content": "Hon. Chairlady, I wish to refer hon. Members to the amendment which I have signed. The effect of it is that I am removing whatever is already in the Bill and replacing it with what I have now on the piece of paper, which is already distributed to hon. Members. Hon. Chairlady, here we are trying to anchor in the Constitution the definition of a “child” as per the Constitution and as per the Income Tax Act. That is what we are trying to do in this amendment; just to align the Constitution to the Income Tax Act as to the definition of “child”."
