    "content": "Hon. Chairlady, I think the amendment which has been accepted by the Budget and Appropriations Committee actually retained the 30 per cent. We are now removing it. What we are putting is that a refund, if the dispute is decided in favour of the taxpayer, should be effected within 90 days. But we retain the 30 per cent."
