Members like Mr. Kioni should be encouraged to bring such progressive Motions in the House because it is important that we think of how to make this country better. I think this Motion by Mr. Kioni is trying to make life better for our young Kenyans. We know that at the moment, there is the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE). The Examination is good but I agree with Mr. Kioni that probably in future, we need to start thinking about having continuous examinations so that it is not tied to a one off thing."
