    "content": "Hon. Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 15 be amended as follows:- (a) the taxpayer shall pay 30 per cent of the disputed tax pending determination of the dispute. (b) that such dispute must be determined within 90 days of the complaint being lodged. (c) that should the dispute be determined in favour of the taxpayer, then the 30 per cent tax paid, as aforesaid, shall be refunded within 90 days."
