    "content": "Hon. Chairlady, the reasoning behind this amendment is that to get a tax refund from the tax authorities is a nightmare. It will not be good to keep on giving taxes; at the moment, it is true that very many people have lodged tax refunds but they are not getting them. Why do we not limit the period within which the KRA should refund the tax paid?"
