    "content": "Hon. Chairlady, it says that the taxpayer shall pay 30 per cent of the disputed tax pending a determination of the dispute. I think hon. Kajwang is talking about the second part which says that such a dispute must be determined within 90 days of a complaint being lodged. The third part states that should the dispute be determined in favour of the taxpayer, then the 30 per cent of the tax paid as aforesaid shall be refunded within 90 days."
