    "content": "Hon. Chairlady, I agree with Prof. Nyikal. We know the history of taxation in this country. Some tax collectors will victimise people just out of malice. Some will sleep on the job. Others have serious targets. They will try to meet their targets by blackmailing people. So, in order to avoid corruption and inconveniences, let us agree on a reasonable period of time within which the taxman can go to court and obtain a warrant. Therefore, I suggest five days."
