"content": "On a point of order, hon. Chairlady. I think that has been taken care of. Number one, when somebody goes for a warrant, he has to explain to the court why he is looking for it. So, if he is going for the second time, the court should be able to show that this fellow may have gone there the first time. Yes, there could be a reason why a Commissioner would come a second time with legitimate reasons. However, number three, when somebody secures a warrant for a limited period of time, then that meets the threshold of the Constitution which is a warrant, so that nobody comes to your house without permission or any legal authority, and takes or seizes your things. I think that has been taken care of."
