    "content": "Hon. Chairlady, I just want to give a suggestion to my Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. I think the effective date could just be put as the beginning of the financial year in July. This is because February is in the middle of the year. Every financial year goes with the audit years. I suggest July. It will be proper that way because July is the beginning of our financial year."
