    "content": "The Kenya Revenue Authority has no issue with this. I think it was exclusion in the last amendment. So, it is just an addition of metallic and wooden containers in the packaging of alcoholic drinks. I also want to say that this is something that we canvassed in my Committee and it was agreed. The only problem is that it was not typed in the original Order Paper. I have circulated it and the Speaker has approved it."
