When you buy a house on Thika Road or wherever else, you stop being an investor and become a trader. Income Tax and Corporation Tax reaches you. So, the hon. Member is misleading the House. Further, all the taxes that are collected are meant to improve the economic status of the poor, and not the rich. With those remarks, I beg to say that the particular hon. Member is out of order."
