    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I also want to thank my colleagues for having passed this Bill. I want to state here that tax matters are not matters you can just discuss in this House. Our Committee is open. If you have any tax matters, please, come to the Committee where we can have time and quantify what effects tax has so that when we come to the Floor, we are able to discuss with enough information. Otherwise, in the House alone, it is very hard to quantify the effects of taxation. I urge hon. Members to appear before our Committee from now up to June. It is open. Come we discuss so that we can have good laws in place."
