    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, that was a long time ago. What I am trying to say is that it is one thing to have fibre optic in Lodwar and have the Governor there and his executives use it. The county will not move ahead if they are unable to utilize the infrastructure. That is what I was trying to imply. This is a very critical thing because it is very common even amongst us. It is available here. I now have fibre connected to my house. It is important that we all must have that connectivity and utilise it. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
