    "content": "I want to appreciate the many things that have been said. We have nine million kids enrolled in primary schools. It is important that, as Parliament, we continue thinking of how we can allow them to access education. I know that the Ministry has the statistics but, currently, we do not account for over 700,000 kids at the end of every academic year. It is important that we wake up to this reality. Last year, we could not say where 700,000 out of the total number of kids who sat the primary school examination went to. This figure comes up every year."
