    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, thank you for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Motion that has been brought by our Chairman of the Committee on Education, Information and Technology where we always call him pastor or bishop and I know this Motion is going to be implemented. Madam Temporary Speaker, more importantly is that the young people have always been used as a statistical group not only in Kenya but in other countries. Through Information Communication and Technology (ICT), we are going to open up opportunities for them to get employment. Looking at examples of countries like Malaysia and Singapore, they have succeeded because of such a system. We are saying that the youths should be given an opportunity and, maybe, be put in charge of this network. We can only achieve this by promoting the best principles.
