    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I come from Limuru and most people think that Limuru is all green but we have an arid and semi-arid area called Ndeiya. Just three weeks ago, a councilor who has served this nation for 25 years lost 200 goats to a neighbouring community in Naivasha and Narok. I asked him how he was to handle the issue and he told me that he had talked to the wazee on the other side, and that he had gotten back 130 of them. What we need to do in this country is not arming each other. It is to be able to talk to each other. We have come to a point where we think that the only way of ensuring that security prevails in this country is ensuring that each one of us has an automatic weapon or a steel gate and a watchman. I am surprised that an hon. Member on the other side of the House said that he is using Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) money to secure his home. I did not know that I can use public funds for such a purpose."
