Communities that live along the border experience insecurity. Communities that are cosmopolitan and live in urban areas or cities also experience insecurity. Therefore, each citizen should be allowed to adopt his own security prevention mechanism instead of lumping us together with the police reservists. Some of these people have lost patriotism in their country since they put money first and then security."
