    "content": "One reason why insecurity thrives in most parts of Kenya is because of the imbalance in development by the Government. The Government should, therefore, make sure that it gives priorities to those areas that were neglected by the Sessional Paper of 1965. That is during the first regime of this country. This will ensure that those counties are at par with their colleagues."
