    "content": " On Motion listed as Order No.8 by Sen.(Dr.) Zani, we have 13 minutes remaining. There was a proposed amendment by Sen. G.G. Kariuki, which we should dispose of and then we go to either the original Motion or the amended Motion. Hon. Senators, I now wish to put the question that the Motion by Sen. (Dr.) Zani be amended as follows:- By deleting all the words appearing immediately after the word “Senate” in the eighth line and replacing therewith the words and I quote, “directs county governments to take measures to formulate, map and operationalise with measurable indicators key development agenda and deliverables for each term of the respective county governments and submit an annual progress report to the Senate.” Hon. Senators, this Motion affects counties. So, we will take the Division. I order that the bell be rung for eight minutes. In the meantime, could you give us the names of the Tellers?"
