    "content": "Hon. Senators, the time set aside for ringing the Division Bell is over. Let us close the doors and draw the bars. We will now proceed to vote on the amendment. For those hon. Senators who have just come in, we are voting on the Motion listed as Order No.8 on the Order Paper. There is a proposed amendment to that Motion which was proposed by Sen. G.G. Kariuki. I, therefore, wish to put the question that the Motion be amended as follows:- The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
