Even as we talk now, it should be run by the same counties. Will I be in order to ask the Assistant Minister to consider that all the counties, that is, Turkana, West Pokot, Elgeyo Marakwet, Trans Nzoia, Uasin Gishu and Nandi--- This is a joint venture of the former Sirikwa County Council. All the six or seven former Sirikwa County Council counties should benefit!"
