Billow to make a contribution, I would like to draw your attention to the provision of Standing Order No.98(4) because this is the first time we are getting a report of the Committee. It states:- “No Senator may speak in a debate on Bills, Sessional Papers, Motions or Reports of Committees for more than thirty minutes without the leave of the Speaker but the Senate Majority Leader and Senate Minority Leader may each speak for a maximum of sixty minutes.” The other bit of this Motion is that it is not time bound. So, you will talk, talk and talk until you exhaust yourself. I am sure that is sweet music to the ears of Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale."
