I am not trying to speak on anybody’s behalf, but there have been a few challenges, particularly in clerking and getting the information together. We have had a shortage of clerks and that is one of the issues that I was told about. That is not an excuse in the current situation because, as you have seen, most of them already have the Statements. It is just the presence of the Chairs that is required for them to prosecute their responsibility. Hon. Nyikal and the Chair of the Committee on Defence and Foreign Affairs, we are not going to go back on what we have already said. We will have to move it to the afternoon session."
