    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, I would have thought that when the corporation was formed in 1986 the matter of assets and liabilities would have been handed over to the Nyayo Tea Zones. Last week I undertook to refer this Question to the Ministry of Agriculture but in the spirit of collective responsibility and in view of the fact that the supervision of these casuals at that time was under the Provincial Administration, I undertook to go back and consult them. So, the answer I have right now is that we do not have records and I am not able to assist because the records were handed over to the Nyayo Tea Zones and they are also telling me that they do not have records. So, I am really unable to assist."
