Whether we like it or not, the society is classified but education has the possibility of equalizing and making everybody have access and possibility. This will work well if we consider the investment in terms of increasing the number of teachers so that the shortage is reduced. This is because we may not go far if we provide all these facilities but we do not have the facilitators in the name of teachers in schools. So, we need to consider the plight of teachers; we need to support the teachers and increase the number of teachers in schools."
