    "content": "Mr. Lesrima, under the circumstances, the direction that the Chair can give, and this is clearly a very serious failure on the part of the Government not to be able to have records of its own employees--. The presumption is that such records should be there including the ones that were there in the colonial days. If you are saying that 1986 was long time ago, then there is something seriously wrong with the way you take care of your archives. Under the circumstances, I direct the relevant Committee, that is the Committee on Labour, to scrutinize the same matter with speed and report to the House."
