In 2010, Road D523 – Isinya-Ngong Road was stripped off all tarmac and up to date, it is still in the same condition. The people served by this road who are from Kajiado North, Kajiado East and Kajiado West and Kajiado Central will want to know the following: Who is the contractor? What is the contract sum for the project? How much has been paid to the contractor up to date? When will the road be completed? Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
