    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Indeed, this is very serious! It is a case of deliberate misleading of the House. I have with me documents filed to the Government by 912 affected business people who were formerly landlords in one of the affected areas, that is. Kibera. These 912 people have written to the District Commissioner (DC) who is a servant of this Government. They have written to the Vice-President of Kenya. They have also reported the case to the Commissioner of Police. I have those documents here! The Assistant Minister is deliberately refusing to answer or he desires that he hides this case! I have further documents showing that a very powerful man in this Government is actually behind the tribulations of these 912 Kenyans."
