    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations. The Statement relates to the issuance of guns to the Kenya Police Reservists (KPRs). In the Statement, I would like the Chairperson of the Committee to; (i) State the number of guns issued to KPRs in Turkana County, especially in Loima and Turkana South Districts. (ii) State the number of guns issued to KPRs in West Pokot County, especially in Central and North Pokot districts. (iii) Explain the criteria used in identifying the individuals to be issued with guns. (iv) Lastly, to state the number of KPRs in the said districts and confirm whether it tallies with the number in the records kept at the headquarters here in Nairobi."
