Is the Assistant Minister also aware that the same landlords have gone to court and stopped a slum upgrading project which would have now benefitted hundreds of thousands of residents of Kibera and Nairobi? That is because the slum upgrading project was meant to move people from the slums to better housing. Is the Ministry aware of that very important issue?"
