    "content": "I will be failing as a protector of county governments, if I did not highlight these issues, especially after having spoken to Governor Oparanya this afternoon. He has told me that he has had serious challenges working with these people and that he cannot wait for them to leave. Why do we not craft this Bill in such a manner so that those of us who have recruited the necessary staff and are operating regularly, like in Kakamega County, will release these people to go to Mandera County, for example, or all other places and leave us alone? We do not want the national Government to interfere with the running of our county."
