But I want to inform him that as soon as his county government gets its team on board, the people from the TA are supposed to be sent back to the TA. Unless the county is absorbing some of them through normal appointment and confirmation by the county board, they must be send back to TA. More importantly, 30th September, 2013, was the deadline for this to be done. So, if by 30th September, 2013, if they had their full team on board, those whom they are not absorbing should have actually been released. The Act is not keeping those people in Kakamega County."
