He thought that more people were going to do so. A legal interpretation of the Standing Orders would be that there is nothing to reply to or no one to reply. Therefore, the Bill will proceed to the voting stage. But knowing that this is a Bill that affects counties, it is, therefore, scheduled to be voted for tomorrow afternoon, together with the other Motions that were ready to be voted for, from 3.00 p.m."
