    "content": "I would like to join my colleagues in supporting this Motion by saying that water is life because this country depends on irrigation. If we have to depend on irrigation, we have to depend on water. So, the dams and pans that we need to do are very important. I urge the Committee on Implementation to ensure that this Motion is implemented once it is passed so that dams and pans are built in different constituencies. This is because we require dams and pans in my constituency to be able to harvest rain water during rainy season. This water can be used to irrigate our farms."
