    "content": "We have seen what Sasumua Dam has done to this country. We have been able to improve from 38 per cent in 2003 to 60 per cent in 2012 access to clean water. I thank the implementers. I also come from a constituency that has no access to clean water. The issue is access to water. It does not matter whether it is clean or dirty. However, let the Government be advised that we need water."
