    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I appreciate the need to support this Motion given the fact that since 2003, when the Government initiated the free primary education programme, which is a very important initiative, the prices of teaching materials have changed against a constant capitation per child. So, I see the importance of reviewing the capitation per child under the free primary education programme. I would also like to take this opportunity to urge the Government to prepare for the transition of the children from primary school to secondary school, so that those who complete primary school can be accommodated at the next level of education."
