Temporary Deputy Speaker, therefore, it is my view that the amount of capitation per child should be increased from Kshs1,020 to Kshs3,060, so that we can adequately cater for the free primary education. We also need to undertake a very good evaluation of the free primary education to ensure equity. Situations vary across the country.
