Member in order to purport that the Government is weakening the KNUT when KUPPET was doing what it was supposed to be doing for secondary school teachers? He should not purport that the Jubilee Government is weakening the KNUT in any form. It is the circumstances that dictate that. I think the hon. Member should withdraw those two remarks."
