    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to support this Motion. First of all, I wish to congratulate the Mover of this Motion. I would want him to include pupils in private schools so that they can also benefit from the money the Government provides for the children. Children in private schools are not children of private citizens; they are Kenyan pupils like any other. Therefore, they should also be given this money. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also want to talk about the employment of teachers. Since the inception of this Free Primary Education, there has been an increase in enrollment in public primary schools, but teachers are very few hence an increased workload. Therefore, the Government should consider recruiting more teachers to our primary schools. I support this Motion that this money be increased to Kshs3,060.00 Thank you."
