    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we interrogated the issues which were required in the petition for Mwea Irrigation Scheme and I can report that we have been collaborating with Sen. Karaba on several issues which have been emerging since the petition was made, particularly the issue of development of water dams, security and other matters contained in the petition.
