    "content": "The Government has directed all agencies manning the Kenya-Somalia border to ensure that there is no smuggling of goods into the country. Respective patrols have been intensified along the border to ensure that the vice is brought to an end. The Government will consider reopening the border since there is now a stable government in Somalia. In the meantime, those found smuggling such goods will be dealt with according to the law."
