    "content": "it would be interesting if someone had gone to court to block any evaluation or re- evaluation of a constitutional office, because that is the only institution that can give us final interpretation of whether or not you can evaluate such an office. Should it reach that stage, I think that it would be interesting, even to the Supreme Court; as an advisory opinion whether or not you can evaluate a job of an elected officer. That would be a good direction. We can debate about it as lawyers and have different views and even the Commission can come with its own views. But maybe the concrete position as to whether or not you can evaluate an elected office could be through an advisory opinion in the Supreme Court. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
