"content": "Very well. It is, therefore, directed that the Motion on that report will appear on the Order Paper on Tuesday, 5th November, 2013. In the meantime, I encourage hon. Members to get copies of the report so that they can debate it from a position of knowledge and information. This includes the young turks who have taken over. There was a Statement from hon. Sabina Chege. Hon. Sabina Chege, before you rise to make your Statement, let me give guidance on some business that has been conducted before. That is the business relating to the petition whose report has been laid before the Table by the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. I direct that in terms of Standing Order No.230(5), it is required that the House shall resolve whether or not the petition discloses a ground for removal under Article 251(a) of the Constitution. If you recall, that is the petition seeking the removal of six Commissioners of the Judicial Service Commission. The report by the Committee has been laid and, therefore, The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
